Faculty and Staff

The Resident Director is Professor Zhiqin Shi, who is an associate professor at the Institute of International Studies at Tsinghua University. His research fields are comparative politics and international relations. Professor Shi serves as the primary contact between the university and the students. He acts as the academic advisor, conducts orientation, and is available to assist students with academic and cultural adjustments.

Professor Shi's assistant is Ms. Yuhong Yuan who arranges the orientation, organizes program activities, serves as a liaison between the students and the program tutors, and assists students with any issues that they may have. In addition to working at Tsinghua, Xiaoyuan is also currently a Chinese history graduate student at the Central University for Nationalities.
