Apply & Forms

Step 1

Clearance: Complete a Clearance Form and see Dean Carpenter to be cleared.

Step 2

OGP Approval: Bring your signed Clearance Form to an advisor at OGP to be approved. Bring any program materials that you need signed.

Step 3

Program Application: Complete your study abroad program application and submit it directly to their admissions department.

Step 4

Registration: Register to study abroad with a Registration Form to be submitted to the OGP. If you receive financial aid, you should see an aid advisor before you register.

Step 5

Pre-departure meetings: Before you leave campus, there will be a series of predeparture meetings to help you prepare to meet your academic & programmatic requirements while abroad.

Deadlines

CC/SEAS Clearance Deadline: October 15th for spring programs; March 15th for fall and year programs

CC/SEAS Registration Deadline: November 15th for spring programs; April 15th for fall and year programs

Program Application Deadlines: Vary by program. You must meet both campus and program deadlines so be sure to apply early, especially for spring programs in Europe which tend to fill quickly.
