Fall 2007 or Spring 2008 Tuition


KCJS costs include tuition and a program fee which includes charges for housing, some meals, and some program activities. Students from most consortium universities pay tuition directly to their home schools. Students from a few member schools and from all non-consortium institutions pay KCJS tuition directly to Columbia. Transportation to and from Kyoto, costs associated with the purchase of a health insurance policy with international coverage, travel during breaks, books, and all other personal expenses are the student's responsibility.

The estimated expenses below are NOT paid to the program. The figures below can be used to plan average costs while in Kyoto.
