Students are encouraged to do the Ulpan before the term, and to take regular courses with local students. Haifa's Honors programs in Psychology, Peace Studies or Jewish Cultural studies may be of interest to students. Students live on campus in dormitories.

Students may not earn Columbia credit for classes taken in English at the International School.

As there is a current U.S. Travel Warning for Israel, please consult the OGP to discuss safety issues.
